- OpenIV (Download here: http://openiv.com/ and install it)
- One of the vehicles from mentioned list above


++++++++++INSTALLATION+++++++++++

- Open OpenIV and click on "Edit mode"
- Download the vehicles needed for the templates
- Navigate to file you want to replace
- Double-click on .ytd file of vehicle you want to replace (for example "police.ytd")
- Drag & Drop the template into the list of the template (ensure the names of the template and the template you want to replace are the same)
- Click on "Save" on the right side on the bottom
- Finish

They look great except for one small detail. The number of the Ohio county is inside the outline of Ohio on the license plate, and Franklin County is county 25, not county 60. The counties are numbered alphabetically. Otherwise, very realistic. And since I drove one of these from 1988 to 2011, I know a little about it. Thanks for a great job.

Would be nice to see this pack get updated LSPDFR has come a long ways and is more simplified than it was when this pack was introduced 3 years ago.
