    Any way to make a tutorial on how to install this pack? I'm fairly new to LSPDFR and the only way I know how to install vehicles is by using .ytd files.

    its a nice mod but yeah the chicago cars all have blue lights instead of red and blue but other then that the mod looks good

    it was in the building but it was at the war monument a soldier was then shot and he died not that long ago in the hospital he is the only victim in the shooting also the gun men is dead there was only one gun man
