INSTALL:

All you have to do is download and install the vehicle models(Linked to below).  Then, run the installer.
Open the installer with OPENIV! (Right click on it, open with... OpenIV)

INSTALL THESE VEHICLE MODELS!:

You will have to install the Explorer as Police 2.  Do this by renaming the files from police 2 to police 2, and installing it into patchday3ng, instead of 4.
