The usual one. Open OPENIV.  x64e.rpf > gta5 > vehicles.rpf  (and hit the edit mode) and drag the files of the download into openIV.

    The Dutch stripes are on proposal, when the vehicle must stand fend-off on the street the stripes are pointing to the direction the cars must travel. The stripes are high reflective.

    well at least that makes sense for the Dutch cops. certainly a proactive approach to plague of bad drivers affecting the world these days.
