About the Pack:

This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked models come with visor cruise lights.

Replace:

Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday28ng (Or the DLC pack of your choice)\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
Drag and drop vehicle files into this folder

Addon:

Go to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
Drag and drop "BCSO RZ Pack" into this folder
Go to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
Find "dlclist.xml", open it and add "Item>dlcpacks:/BCSO RZ Pack/</Item>"
Save

ELS:

Go to Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default
Drag and drop all XML files (replace and/or addon)

(YOU NEED TO INSTALL BOTH FILES THAT ARE LOCATED IN THE "OPTIMIZED FOR" TAB)

*Note*

Please use the included ELS files so the lights will function the way they were designed to. Feel free to leave your thoughts in the comments. DM me if you find any bugs, so I can get them fixed as quick as possible. CONSTRUCTIVE CRITISIM is always appreciated.

I have looked at the files in the download. All files seem to be functioning as intended. The issue with RB not working seems to be users not changing textures in the YTD with the addons. IF YOU INSTALL ADDONS AND WOULD LIKE TO HAVE R&B LIGHTS, YOU MUST CHANGE THE ELS.XML FILES AND THE TEXTURES IN THE YTD.

Is there a way to make the window tint darker like the display photos? I tried the trainer and I guess the windows are fish bowl clear by default?

If you are doing the DLC way you need a trainer like this. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/simple-trainer-for-gtav . This will allow you to find your addon cars.

You need replace the B&B textures in the YTD with the R&B textures. Not just the ELS files.

Im having an issue with the various textures on a few of the models. I used the replace pack and didnt have any issues for the last week. however today theyve started appearing like this. Any suggestions?

Otherwise a pretty dope pack!

Might need to reinstall the addon, or make a fresh copy of your mods folder.

Where are you placing it? I place all of mine here and I have no issues.

In OpenIV go to your lspdfr folder then to lspdfr.ini. Theres a line of Text that says "Main.PreloadAllModels = true" Change true to false and that should solve your issue.

I am so looking forward to a mega pack with these cars, this is by far the best pack I've enjoyed with the lightbar set ups on both hard tops and slick tops. Good job Ranger! I would love to see the Westin wraparound on the Durango instead of its current one and the charger but looks good!

Is there a way to keep the rear lights on in stage 3? The Durango Slick turns off the rear light bar and the ones on either side of the rear license plate.

Hello. I have a problem with the addon version. The tire textures and the lights on the windshields are on all cars buggy. Pictures included.

Here are more pictures.

And also the durango where the lightbar is on the roof does not work. I tried to show it somehow and the only way that the light are on can be seen on the left window and the lightbar is not on.

If you have not enabled it, enable Directx 11. Worked for me and somehow fixed the same issue.

Fixed the issue with putting on DirectX 11. I dont know why that caused this issue but Im glad I got to fix it with some research

Love the pack, looks good, made the cars silver like yours in the pics. Also just wanted to ask, when you first released the pack i remember the addon cars had a problem with the headlights not shining on the ground, how did you fix that problem cause i have another addon pack installed that has the same problem but it won't get updated cause the last update was years ago? I would appreciate some feedback.

Whenever I go into the DLC via OpenIV and import the files in the YTD from the "Optionals" folder they don't end up saving in the YTD and the texture color reverts back to all blue when I close it, even after saving. Do you know why this may be or how to fix it?
