[ELS][Addon/Replace] Paleto Bay Police Department 1.1

Hey peeps, This is my PBPD pack. meant to be a more minimalistic lighting setup build.

I really hope you enjoy it and it can spark some fun and realism for you whilst your playing around!

This pack is based on Whitehouse, OH Police Department. Using their old design. Meant to be more small town based
(less funding = less lighting) yk

Replace Install Instructions
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks - patchday24ng - dlc.rpf - x64 - levels - gta5 - vehicles.rpf
Add the Vehicle YFT and YTD files that you want in your game from the folders in the "replace" folder.
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
Next navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data - levels - gta5
Replace the vehicles.meta using the one included
Load up your game and enjoy!

Addon install Instructions
Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - x64 - dlcpacks
Drag and drop the "LIBERTY PBPD" folder
Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line
<Item>dlcpacks:/LIBERTY PBPD/</Item>
For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

gorgeous pack, but the F-350 has some lighting issues where the lights will go through the body of the truck, especially alley lights. Not a major issue though pack is still one of my favorites that ill be using often.

The light itself or the ground light? if its the ground light. its a ELS limitation which is why its all messed up

Great pack as usual! The only issue I've found is the taillight texture is missing for the F250. I checked both the add on and the replace vehicles and both are the same. Great work though, brother!

The orignal plan was to release this pack and then do another Paleto Bay pack but using 2016+ cars and Whitehouse, OH PD's new livery And a more newer lighting setup. but idk if people would want it.

Had this issue with the CVPI Replace option, I add a custom livery to it and still the plate on the front and rear shows the sign_1 texture in OpenIV.

In-game the plates are blank

On the CVPI the plates are mapped to the ones on the template. idk why openiv would show it like that. When i update the vic and add the slicktop version it will use its own texture for the plate, like the other cars.

Hi, I was curious about your vehicle pack and installed it.
But, when I first spawned the Crown Victoria, the textures of all the tires were wrong.
Is this a mistake in the way I installed it?

I am using a translation site so the English may be strange. Sorry.

make sure your using DirectX 11 and not DirectX 10

make sure you have a game config, packfile limit adjuster, and heap adjuster installed. those usually fix the issue for me if im struggling with addon packs
