Installation
1. Go to OpenIV and navigate to mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Drag and drop "legacypack" inside the dlcpacks
3. Navigate back to mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Find dlclist.xml and right click on edit
5. Add this line to the last entry: <Item>dlcpacks:/legacypack/</Item> then click save
6. Naviage back to Mods/Update/update.rpf/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta
7. Drag the vehicles.meta into OpenIV
8. Drag the VCFs file into Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default

    Its fantastic in design. However, I experience serious texture loss on the environment. Unfortunately, I am going to have to uninstall for now.

    THEY LOOK AWESOME !!!! but is there a way to change the appearance ? like so that on the "sheriff" models dont say "police" on the side either "sheriff" also with the FBI vehicles, like unmarked or something 🙈

    i notice one thing in 2020 fpiu when i use the right turn signal in the back of the car it's all ok but in the front the turn signal isn't work fine, but it's a very gorgeous pack great job my man

    You can make your own VCF files there not that hard

    The VCFs in the download folder called VCFs are the VCF's for both the addon and replace, confusingly enough, so yes, it will replace anyways unless you rename them.

    In the "models only" folder, could you please separate each model into another folder with the type or name of car is it?? 

    I dont know what car is the "FBI" or "sheriff"

    OMG! Exactly what I was looking for! All of these vehicles as one add-on pack but replace the vanilla ones at the same time too! Now I just pretty wish that someone release real life LAPD livery pack for all these vehicles and that you add the Eurocopter AS 350 in an update as well! Thanks man!

    Best free pack I've found 

     

    However, the lights on this pack are very dim in the day time. Looks great at night tho. I am using Better Radiance and NVR. My other vehicles lights are rich and full of color day and night. Any fixes?
