[Non-ELS / DLS] Blaine County Sheriff Pack (BCSD) 1.0.0

My own take on a law enforcement agency for Blaine County,
featuring various highly polished and optimized vehicles with brand new custom assets, peds, map edits and more.

Note: This is not supposed to be a 1:1 faithful recreation of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department,
some creative liberties have been taken to ensure that it qualifies as a lore friendly pack that echoes some of Rockstar Games design choices regarding law enforcement agencies.
