the person who sold it to me said that i could upload it under "vehicle model" category, as long as i put the information he gave me under the "credits" section he said im good to go. Now please hear me carefully ; if you by any chance ARE the owner of this vehicle or happen to KNOW who the actual owner of this vehicle model is , feel free to have them reach out me so that we can discuss this matter. 

hello, i sold this vehicle in a locked state to Flacko Designs With a template for him to make a livery for said vehicle i also gave him permission to reupload it under the vehicle models tab with his skin applied!

Are you the original author of the vehicle?

of the development model no that is TheHurk, i did however put the lighting setup together and made sure everything was ready i will say again this model was sold in a LOCKED state all Flacko has not edited the model or unlocked it

Then why lie about purchasing it and selling it?

clearly cant read i never said that Flacko bought it off me and put his livery on it i then let him release it LOCKED under vehicle models
