Whats up all, Got a Non ELS 2018 Dodge Charger here... First Non els release from me ... Figured it was time to part ways with some Non ELS Vehicles i have made but never released, This one is pretty simple as i was just learning non els at that time, I do plan on releasing the rest of my vehicles that i have made in the past. There not 100% the best, But it was a start for me. Hope you enjoy

    there are non els addon and replace cars so  non els dont help on that info same is for fivem some are addon some are not

    Also the only way I would download this is not by using it for fivem or lenny's modloader, lml kept screwing up my game.
