The rotary lights are working as if they are strobes for some reason.

Yes. They are supposed to. I converted the streethawk to a streethawk strobe as someone requested. The video shows that they are strobes. Sorry for the confusion.

Ahhhh yeah, another great looking pack!!! Hey @Apoundofapples, I was wondering after I down loaded your NOP pack I noticed you had a 1991 LTD police car in there, although the game views it as a 89 LTD. I hope you did not mine since no one but you made a car I like, I redid the paint job and made a LAPD, and a La County Sheriff texture as well. strictly personal and not made any videos since I did not seek permission to alter the car. I was wondering would it be possible please please please if you could make a 91 LTD pack like the following. plz take note I do not claim images as my own! just examples of what I'm asking if possible to be thought about! Several images where used due to several lightbars

I miss seeing them we use to use one and seeing it come to my aid one night was awesome as hell! when i see it in the NOP pack i had to have it you are the ONLY one to make one for single player I seen one for 5man. But i was like i have to ask you about it

Love these cars, but there is a slight issue.  When you go into first person the strobe lights on the driver and passenger side block line of sight.  I'd recommend resizing them (if at all possible) or locating them on the dashboard instead (or use one in the center of the dashboard.)  Otherwise they look stellar.

Thank you! I made this pack as a request from somebody. I'm probably not going to do anything with this one. But  i will keep that in mind for my next project. I never really use first person cam, that's a detail I always over look for some reason. I try not too. I'll try to remember for my next pack. If I do get time I will try and fix the issue.

I really don't either, but on occasion I will.  I only noticed it the first time I went in there and had a big ol light fixture in my face, LOL.  I do like the fact your chose a StreetHawk lightbar with the strobe option.  Not sure how many agencies used that over the halogen rotator version?

Another lightbar you might want to look into for a future retro car is the Whelen model 8000.  The use a Fresnel dome which really made the coronas pop.  I'm old enough to remember when these were in service.  This I believe would be the Granddaddy to the Edge series the company produced and was hugely popular.  Yeah I'm a lightbar junkie.  LOL

Lol! when I was making the pack and testing it, I would always see it and make a mental note to fix it. I've become l little bit of a lightbar junkie as well. And yes, it would be sweet to make a whelen 8000. I may scratch build one. or if I can find a model somewhere that would be cool.

I currently own a StreetHawk All Light lightbar.  It originally had the center grille, but I order the conversion kit from Fed Sig ($150 and didn't come with the center lights or color inserts) back in the late 90s and spent hours doing the upgrade.  Fully lit it draws 24.5 amps (this is why police alternators had to be at least 100 amps)

I also owned a "Roscoe P Coltrane" AeroDynic lightbar.  It was just all red and blue (no alley cutouts or amber lens for the rear).  It used one motor and a long drive belt to spin all 6 rotators.

Not sure if that Whelen 8000 was ever modeled, but there are good photos and a few vids that showcase it.  Also the TwinSonic CTS (CalTrans) lightbar is another to add to the retro library.  Need Plymouth Fury and Dodge Monaco cruisers to put them on.

I love the streethawk lightbar with the strobe option, one question, have you though on recreating NFS 2015 police? they use the same lightbar

I have not really though about it. I suppose it's another idea to put in the bank for the future.  Thanks.

That would be really cool, thanks for taking it into account.
