Hello everyone! Wow, finally updating the description on this pack is hard to do, because mostly I don't know what to put anymore. I want to start with by saying thank you for over 50k downloads, this pack has come a very long way from the start, and even further away from the very first release for FHP, which I would have to agree myself, it was wildly inaccurate, but this new pack is the most accurate it's ever been, which help from my friend echooo who is a Florida native, and who helped push me to get these things as close to the real life counterparts as possible. And now I am finally releasing LORE skins for this pack, which is a first ever for me. My time working on this pack, has also helped me new friends in the dev community, such as Skys, and Jank who I have both worked with to make FHP not only better and more compatible with his pack, but to also release new things, I probably wouldn't have ever made.

 

Guys! It's finally done! after 3 years of work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on. I am so happy to finally have this done. I've been working on it for over 3 years, and have put close to around $400 into the pack to make it the best I can. 

I want to think everyone who has worked with me on the pack, to improve it and make it better. I also want to think everyone who tested it, and helped report major issues so they could be fixed, and I also want to thank my good friend @Echooo who not only put his own money into this project, but spent a lot of his own time, helping with the lighting, getting as close to real life as possible, thank you man!

I have big plans for the future of car development, including canceling old projects that I was going to work on, and only focusing on fresh new stuff, things I have never worked on before, I hope to see everyone on my next release! < Also is you want to learn more about this, you can join my discord, and I have it listed in there!

I recommend everyone download this mod, it goes great with the pack, and @Pavy was nice enough to take his time and make this, it sure does go a long way and makes this pack even better that now you can see what your driving before you even spawn it! 

Do be warned though, some images may not reflect changes made to cars since this pack is still currently in the beta stages.

What's New in Version 2.0

Released

Guys! FHP 2.0 is finally done! after 3 years of stress, being burnt out, and major work, I am finally pushing out the final release to FHP, the full release. While I say final release, it the final release for any major changes, every update after this will just be visual updates, and fixes to things that might still be broken, the pack was tested heavily before release, so every car should be good to go. Everything after this update will just introduce fixes to lighting, livery updates for both real & lore ( if I remember to do lore liveries ), and so on.

 

*NOTICE* All the screenshots are super out of date, so almost none of them represent what the cars look like, I will eventually be updating the screenshots, or if you would like to submit your own screenshots for the page, you can DM me on here, or discord!

Pack is broken for me. Horribly. FPIU doesn't spawn in with any LODs, 2014 Chargers spawn with lightbars floating and skins flickering, and CVPIs all have floating antennas on roof and trunk. Anyone else? Am I doing something wrong or is it just that broken?

Could you do this in a Non-ELS Version? This pack has two cars i've been trying so hard to find/get made but my server isn't ELS.

No, it's not just you. LODs on the explorers will eventually load in and it will eventually fix itself, at least the FPIUs and the chargers. I haven't tried the CVPI's. Then again, its a beta pack, so there are still things that can very well be fixed. We're talking about a pack with 50-70 vehicles.

So all the cars files have something called a _hi.yft file. example fhp1_hi.yft is the file that houses the cars full LODS, and other things. I know that some cars are having issues such as explorers, but it is appearing that every car for you is having some issue. Something to suggest, when you spawn one car in an empty area, does this still occur, or does it only happen when there is alot around you. I have honestly never seen this issue before.

So, I figured it out, by adjusting my packfileadjuster, heapadjuster and my resourceadjjuster, it works fully now. I'm guessing with all mods I have installed the game wasn't getting enough memory to spawn in the vehicles correctly. I now have no issues unless I spawn multiple vehicles (5+) The quality of these are awesome so that's why I was having issues because they are so high poly, badass pack man and excited to see what you do in the future.

Hi, i cannot get blue lights on front of the Valor lights on roof on model fhp38 and when i stand at rear doors i cannot use E to open them to let the prisoner in the vehicle and that is the same on fhp37 on the doors.(i use them as Replace.)

Hey there, really insane work on the latest release! Ive been really loving this pack, and am aware it is in beta, but was curious if there was a quick fix I could do to get the Spotlights working on FHP 19, 25, 27, and 53. These models currently have permanently steady lit spotlights and some lights on the rear, and swapping with a different ELS file was unable to fix the small issue Ive experienced. Other than that, only other potential bugs are possibly the middle rear brake light on all FPIU models, and the mustang rear lights not working. Awesome Pack though, will be using it for a long time😎

There is currently no way around the spotlight issue. I will work on getting them all fixed before next beta release. If you find any more issues, please make sure to report them in the google forum. Thank you so much for enjoying the new pack! It means a lot to me!!

Erm what? there is only this one to download, so i dont understand what you mean?

So when you click the download button on this site. You are presented with 3 options. One option is to download the beta version of FHP, and the other two options are the old pack the new beta pack is replacing.

It's the 766.41 MB version i downloaded, is it not the one you wanted us to test?

Never mind, i forgot to read this "This pack will also only be released as a DLC version only, and using as replace is not advisable due to the the complexity of the lighting for most of the cars."

I wont use this any more, already deleted it while i write this. I dont use DLC addon for my lspdfr, i only use Replace mods and only those that requires me to edit the vehicle.meta.

Good luck and i hope you get everything working, since it would be sad to see so many criminals that cant be transported 🤣

The base pack itself is not even finished yet. The Lore friendly Liveries will come AFTER all the base cars are finished and the pack is out of beta AFAIK.

Do not worry. Like what AstroBurgers said, they will be released once all the base models are 100% complete, or when I start focusing more on the textures is when I will be pushing them out. I do want to try and get them out before beta is done, but it probably wont be until after the pack is done.

Hey @sarg7238 as the betas continue on, I will eventually be updating the interiors to all of the cars while will be including radar units, and weapons, as well as stuff in the trunks so they will no longer be empty and will hopefully give everyone a much more enjoyable playing experience using the pack

I can't get all the lights to work on FHP35 the unmarked mustang, the side lights, grill and license plates do not flash
