lol thanks idk how I missed that, I didn't see it in the files when I donloaded it that's why I asked.

If the previous version didn't work, it was a fix for that, read the patch note 

This pack is awesome brother,but my game crash when i install this pack

Would it be possible to get the skin templates? I really like the models but want to change up my theme

The lights the cars do not flicker or move in front or back or on the light bar when outside of the vehicle the only ones that do are the lights on the mirror. love these cars just hoping that can be fixed. awesome pack!

that is how this is supposed to be. nothing is broke.

Here's a quick fix for you. I didn't like that feature either.

Open an ELS .xml file of the car and look for OutOfVeh lines and if their value is "true" just change it to "false". Worked for me.

no there will not be a replace as it states in the description, if you actually read it.

That's just the problem these days, a majority of people that see a mod they want to download, skip to the comment section.

not all of them, or this extreme. 

I liked having them on with just the mirror flashing, so that is what i saved

so i want to use this pack but whenever i get out for a traffic stop the els lights stay on but quit flickering, anyone know how to fix this?

can they be converted from ADDON to REPLACE? or do you have a similar package that is REPLACE? the vehicles are incredible

Yes they can be replace, It's very easy to do, just rename the vehicles and VCFs
