Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack : East Coast Addon (2001) [Add-On | LODs] 1.0.0

this pack is very outdated so i highly recommend to download this pack instead :

Retro Emergency Vehicles Pack: East Coast Addon ( 2001 ) – a global DLC for GTA V witch replace most of emergency services and taxis on analagoues based on ones from Liberty City and Alderney State, from 2001 period. Mod was developed in a DLC format with a pretty easy installation. This pack features lots of legendary cars like Chevrolet Impala, Chevrolet Caprice, Chevrolet Suburban and Ford Crown Victoria.
A lot of research have been made to do somethings authentics and accurate as possible,
according to footage and picture of that time.
You can get them by spawning via a trainer or just getting a wanted level.

Pack includes:
1. DLC archive with vehicles and peds
2. Custom Liberty city and alderney Licences Plates.
3. Working High riser for highway patrol fleet.
4. Non-els lighting.
5. Optional dispatch.meta sets, for different types of LC zoning.

=========================================== ATTENTION ===========================================
gameconfig.xml is NOT presented in the pack anymore, because it's reason of fast outdating of the mod, so users have to search and install it by yourself. For now, i recommend to use F7YO's gameconfig.

I have a quick question I know the pack comes with peds! I was wondering would it be possible to remove them only from the pack. They seem to be over riding my EUP and game sprites. I have LCPD patrolling LA instead of me being able to use EUP to change my LSPD into LAPD. I was wanting to mess around with it and just remove the componentped.rpf and p. rpf..or just the s_m_y_LCCOP ytds and ymts,  but thought nah ill wait to see what creator say. I have LCrewind in holding to do I am in the process of uploading it in the future. Tell me that sound ok to do or should i try something different???

Those were optional files meaning you didn't have to install them.
