Im not a Noob with GTA Modding or ELS, i know that button turns off the lights. I have screenshots of the issue...

No... It's a state requirement. All emergency vehicles require a red steady burn.

In the vehicles VFC, all three lighting formats to  CHP so it says: LightingFormat="CHP"

nice car, but for some reason my takedowns lights are backwards

make a slick top of this but leave the alpr and antennas
