Information:

Hello boys and ghouls, I'm back with a pack. Wow that rhymes, what a crime. Okay I'll stop now.

With a livery that is based loosely off Overland Park in Kansas, I bring you 16 vehicles for Los Santos. I seem to be doing a lot of vehicles for the city at the moment, so I might change that up. The lighting style is very much just something I put together. I know some of you have heavily wanted this pack, and so here it is.

I was going to add an additional 10 cars, but my motivation went and they were never completed. I'll finish and add these to the pack when I get around to it. But instead of canning this whole pack, I thought I'd release it.

The nitty-gritty part of the description:

This might be a tad long, but has lots of useful information. Please read the ReadMe's as they contain the installation information.

1) Normal pick and choose pack

2) @AndersForPresident2020 has very kindly helped me set up the vehicles as an Addon pack, so that's available too. All the vehicles at once!

[EDIT] The DLC version will be updated and reuploaded when a fix has been found for it. See 'File Updates' below for more info. Please use the first option for now.

- Slicktop Units: Extra_ten is the radar unit and Extra_12 is the rambar
4k liveries (x4 per vehicle)

- Unmarked and Slicktop units have changing unit numbers, and the divisions are: Patrol Services, Traffic Services, Supervisor and unmarked

These vehicles are not made to the specification of any specific department. Please don't comment on it being inaccurate or whatever. It's not meant to be accurate.

I will not be providing support in installing these files. All the info is in the ReadMe.

Known Bugs:

Just the standard:
- I'm not sure what R* has done, but sometimes no vehicle loads the L0 (closest and highest detail) or it pops in an out regardless of distance from the vehicle. There is NOTHING I can do about that. I'd advise clearing all vehicles away and relocating
  to a another area of the city
- As always, this is a MEGA PACK. A lot of vehicles and 4k textures MAY result in issues, glitches or bugs. Either use less vehicles (The other download to pick what ones you want) or remove the 4k textures.

Update 28/10/2020, v1.3.0:

Addon DLC has returned. It's been re-written and has been confirmed to work across a range of computers. If it doesn't work, please google. It could be from a range of things, from too many other DLCs in your game, to it missing on your DLC list. If it continues to cause issues, please feel free to set up your own addon DLC for your own personal use (do not reupload anything from the pack, ofc).
Further minor fixes and tweaks. Fixed a few clipping issues and some texture glitches.

Update 21/07/2020, v.1.2.4:

We've been having varying levels of success on the Addon DLC. It's been taken down for now whilst we address the issues. It's behaving bizarrely on various PCs.
- It'll be uploaded as soon as it's fixed.

Update 16/07/2020, v.1.1.0:

Included the correct DLC file. I forgot to export the finished one from OpenIV. Noted thanks to @Ainsley's eagle like vision!

@Jedahdiah Mate massive congrats on this pack, the work you've put into this is insane. I went awol from the whole GTA scene a while back but I've quietly been following in the background and can't stress enough how well you've done here.

One small note I've noticed with the unmarked/slicktop explorer is there is something weird going on with it's template. I've included pictures to better explain.

Thanks for the kind words man. That’s is the L0 issue that seems to be occurring now-a-days. It doesn’t just happen with this pack, but across the board with a few previous packs. In those pics, that looks like it’s L1.

As always Jed the pack is phenomenal. One small hiccup i'm noticing and it's likely on my end only but figured I'd mention it. On the 2018 charger only, im having some weird texture issue for the interior. The dash, gauges, A/C vents are all appearing like they're unrendered. It's a blurry mess. The textures look fine in the .YTD file so not sure if I did something wrong or not. It's the only one in the pack that it's happening with. I did the replace version not the DLC Addon. The others are looking fine and all working perfectly. It's just the 2018 charger that this is happening with. Other than that....the pack is simply beautiful man.

Hey Jedahdiah,

This is a very beautiful pack. All of the cars are perfect and they look amazing!

I did run into one issue with the Vector and the Excalibur light bars with the CVPI. The red/blue lights rotate like they are supposed to, but the white ones just wig-wag back and forth and look peculiar. I've followed everything in the ReadMe, but I'm not quite sure what I've done wrong (I'm almost certain it's me and not your pack). Would you be able to help me with this? UPDATE: I went through your rotator lights fix, and it is still giving me the same problem.

@Jedahdiah Sorry for the tag, but I just wanted to give you a heads up that the DLC Pack didn't work for me, since the carvariations.meta and vehicles.meta in the pack are empty files. I think you might've made a mistake in the upload, based on that.

We've been having varying issues with the DLC. I noticed it was stark naked earlier, yet the file size is the same as the .meta text size.

Yet when I tested that, they loaded, and some others got it too, whereas we had others saying it didn't work. Do me a favour and use the other file atm, I'm looking into the DLC

This pack is great but i have a small issue , one thing i noticed the vehicles liveries change randomly after i spawn them and in the trainer menu the livery i add isnt available to choose just the default ones, im not sure if this was because i changed some of them, i kept the default ones but changed the first sign in just about all the cars i used because im looking to get a sheriff livery one some, also i am trying to get the cpvi excalibur lights to work, right now they are all black and the els function doesnt work with them but if i click my stick on my controller they turn on, just the rest of the light on the car doesnt, i have the excalibur cpvi in the els folder, i also changed the carvaritions too i got the albo DLC moddding file and went thru all that. any help would be awesome , thank you!

I noticed on the slicktop crown vic there appears to be a bug that when you turn on the takedowns the light shows up underneath the car and the spotlights disappear when you turn the takedowns off

Make sure you change the liveries in both the .ytd and the +hi.ytd and delete any of the liveries you’re not using (e.g. car_sign_3, car_sign__4)

Black light bars sounds like a tint issue which can be found above in the description

The rotor light bars, as said above, I’m looking into.

Ah okay, thanks for that. Simply turn the extra_11 use to ‘false’ in the ELS VCF

Manually install is *still* causing issues with the rotors. Hm. I don't know what R* has done but it's odd. Okay, I have some ideas of what to do.

I'd like to report some other issue with this otherwise awesome pack. This problem regards both 2014 Tahoes - marked and slicktop versions. They seem to have two LED emergency lights hanging from the top of the back window but they don't work at all. They don't flash even when you replace the tinted window textures with 100% clear ones.

Have you tried the tint fix in the description?
