Alright, I used fivem to test my vehicles so don't worry about the vehicles meta and carvariations, just take vcf and put in you're els folder and place your cars in patchdayng21.

ive done that before with the triangluar lightbar and it doesnt work ill test it out real quick

why  in patch day 21 it normally doesnt work when i get the car spawned

Since it's a replace, it goes in patchday 21. Try it and see if it spawns.
