Rhode Island State Police Pack [ELS] 1.0.2

This pack is great but there are a few issues though.

The jacket at certain angles loses its texture, the caprices lighting stays on but when you go to turn the lights on it will not work, thats the only problems ive found so far, but other than that great job Trooper Charles!

Hey man, Love the pack, Amazing. One thing is I didnt make the lightbar I just uv mapped and rescaled it. Nothing wrong just replace this with the credit.

@MDC2005VIPER I checked and it was fine on my end also those lights you have on are part of the takedowns that maybe a nvr issue or something .

the chevy caprice was just ehhh difficult I had to gut a lot of the vehicle and then I lost the z3d file I wanted to fix the spotlight and down size it but oh well. 

Did you map the lightbar colors to all Red or can we edit them to all Blue? Excellent models by the way Sir!

I live in Rhode Island, so not only is it weird to see two great RI-based packs in a row, but it's even weirder to see two good ones! While I haven't tried things out in the game yet (which I will be, and at such point I will leave a review) but, just from the pictures, I have two minor criticisms. Number one, the font used for all the text is wrong. The correct font is Helvetica Bolt Condensed for your reference. Lastly, the real-life RISP, in the rear of the lightbar, has two blue lights. From left to right on the Liberty (not counting the corner light), it would look like this, and a real life picture too.

If it is possible to do that, that would be great, but again, just some constructive criticism and an overall great pack nonetheless.

I believe this pack is supposed to be 100% realistic to the real-life Rhode Island State Police. RI State Police uses all red lights with the exception of two blue lights in the rear of the vehicle.

Don't  have that type of text in paint.net unfortunately, however the cvpi is the only vehicle in the pack with that style lighting also I don't know what year that tahoe is but I didn't include it lol.

No man they are all changeable through textures within the file.

From living in RI I can tell you all the vehicles are setup that way. You could download the font and make it that with paint.net but yeah, it's still great anyways!

It's all red unless they turn the blues on though.

about the blue light NOPE you wrong not all came with that blue light just so you know

You might be right. I think post-2010 (last model year of the 2006-10 Charger) they might have stopped using it. Good to have some fellow Rhode Islanders who know!!

Overall I love this pack but I have the same issue with the Caprice's lighting that @MDC2005VIPER mentioned. I reinstalled it and still same issue. Still it's possible I am doing something wrong though.

May i ask what graphics mod you use?

Yeah I didn't have any issues while using it so this maybe a file issue I am looking into it right now

5/5. Only problem is when I load the caprice all of the lights are on and steady and unchangable.

I'm 99% sure they are all red now. They got rid of the Crown Vics which had the blues.

Copy and paste sheriff2.xml rename that into sheriff.xml thats the problem sorry about that.

It still has the takedowns on steady. Also, hitting ctrl+p shows the light system whited out after reattempting it a couple times
