what is the install path of the oiv?? 

Keep getting a crash and not the best at reading the log, but I'm thinking it has to do with the custom folder.. could be wrong though. Any help is appreciated!

amazing pack, I have only issue though, on stage 3 lighting the headlights turn off on all 6 of the vehicles, is it just me?

i can't wait til you release a sheriffs pack or a sahp.  The installer is awesome! Thanks for the hard work

@OfficerCarsty your problem is with the eup settings 1.3.0.its not compatible with new eup 8.0

@lucianboiWell I used the settings that came with EUP 8.0 and it still crashed my game. What did you do? when installing the pack?

I deleted eup setting 1.3.0 custom folder in lspdfr/data and ultimate backup folder in plugins/ lspdfr then I reinstalled ultimate backup and installed eup 8.0 then eup serve and rescue and eup menu

So Install Car pack, then delete the two folders, reinstall ultimate back up, then eup? 

@lucianboi EDIT: I did what you said the game in not crashing EUP 8.0 works amazing everything is fine. Except the police garage. It has 6 slots like its supposed to but only the first three vehicles in the pack show up (Taurus Both, and the the Patrol FPIU) after that it goes police bike, heli, riot, transport. Do you have the same issue?

Delete the folders first then install car pack then ultimate backup then eup

Sadly no ELS I can hear the siren on The Explorer (that has one headlight and all Blue lights on on the roof) but the rest are just broken. The cars are great but without emergency lights its pointless The Tahoe is really light and fun to slide DK stylee but if it hits anything the tail goes about 90 degrees in the air LOL! I will have to look for something else for now a real shame though!

Reinstall the car pack one more time using the oiv package installer.

I'm having some trouble, Package installer???
I have Open iv and everything i just can't get it to work

I've got most of this pack working OK, the only two cars that seem to be causing me issues are the Tahoes in 6 and 7. I'm pretty sure it's down to the ELS XML (which seems to be the same as for the FPIS and the FPIU), but as soon as the engine is running they come on and stay on. It doesn't seem to make a difference what I set the sirensettings to in carvariations. And I've tried it with both the Automatic installer and the Manual installer (they seem to install slightly differently as the automatic installer is Police1-6 and the manual is 1-7 and doesn't overwrite 4).

I'll keep poking, and if I manage to get the lights working I'll post back how I did it.

I have a strange problem, when I installed this mod and went in game, everything worked fine. But when I go to the police locker, there are a bunch of new preset outfits that have random components mixed in and look ridiculous, and police npcs also wear these outfits. I have tried uninstalling the mod through the uninstaller in oiv, but the presets are still there, and the npcs still wear them. Any help?

edit : nevermind  i found the pathway ..  thought i installed the OIV i added it as a package ..  . cheers 

What's the file path?  I think this mod is conflicting with another vehicle mod that I have so I want to find a way to remove it for a bit.

Edit: Ok never mind I realized that there's a package uninstaller so I don't have to dig through my whole game directories.

how do i uninstall these

After install I noticed that officers that show up in unmarked cars from backup will have random uniforms. Saw one with a t-shirt and hovering decals. It used to be stunt outfits and green jackets but I managed to fix that part. Anyone who has a solution to this please let me know. 

I never saw tahoe in game i only have ford taurus and ford explorer.
