Ahh totally forgot about the IONS, I'll add them to the credits now. About them being too large I'm totally not 100% sure since I'm Australian I don't get to see what they really should look like in real life and that sooo i kinda go off what I think looks ok.

Sorry for the noob question but I've recently gotten into installing mods for GTA 5 so I am not sure what to do with the FiveM ready files? Do I just leave them alone if I just want the skin for the steam version or do I have to install those files as well in order for it to work?

As a RL emergency vehicle builder primarily with LEO and FD, the side runners are the right size. The departments or ones on here, that you see going only under the doors, is actually against what the manufacturers recommendation which is wheel well to wheel well. 

is there a livery that lets you chang the car to an unmarked?

You should credit Illusionyary for the badge/star. It's actually from my pack that he helped me with. Bugs did the Los Santos County variant, I released the BCSO one.

The sirens don't seem to be working at all

anyone get the sirens or lights to work?
