You do realize you can't upload someone else's model, right?  I advise you to remove this before the mods do.

goddamnit! i want a 2009-10 charger with a rotating lightbar, and you have it, but it's non els!

"Oh it's non els, why can't we have els, wah wah wah, boohooo, sucking me thumb cause no els" Too many needy people want els. If the dev forgot to put els on, he probably has had a reason, but just stop complaining, moaning, whining and bitching about it. I hear way too much of that in game already.
