How do i add this car to my game?? It says "use openiv to install via package installer to your "Mods" folder but where do i find the package installer????

when i turn the lights on the spotlights and the antenas starts flashing too

Is anyone getting the problem that there is only one livery & you cant change it.

if so and you have fixed it can you tell me how to?

in open iv go to the tools and there is package installer
