Are you some kind of genius, Albo? I mean your plugins are the best of the best. I can't play LSPDFR without Policer and ArrestManager anymore. And now this! Absolutely stunning, your work. I donated to your other mods. So, i'll do it again for this one. Because it adds more realism and fun to the game. Especially in the hood. Because if you want to arrest a perp at gunpoint, everybody starts shooting and you've got a war.

its funny how the new lspdfr update is taking so long people are just making scripts to have there features themselves

A very great and much needed mod. One issue I have though is that it's sometimes difficult to stay aimed on the person. For example, I'll get them to put their hands up, but then it's like my aim goes elsewhere and I have to adjust my guy to re aim at the person. A suggestion I have for this mod is to be able to target a ped, the same way you target a vehicle when pulling it over. A colored marker highlights the ped on your minimap so you know you're targeting the right person and as long as your within, let's say a 5 - 10 ft vicinity of the person, he'll receive the commands you give them. Just my 2 cents but I love it regardless.

About the war part that usually stops if you have the panic button mod which is really amazing i have stopped Groove street from shooting me when i wanted to arrest just because the police showing up in the number was too much for them so they got scared :P

Yup that´s at least what happened sometimes it does happen that the backup will just shoot any civillian in sight which breaks the immersion a bit but mostly they freak out when 8 police cars and 4 SWAT cars turn up that has turned out to be quite effective.

We are not worthy of your mods.. you sir Albo1125 are the best!!   I will be donating sometime soon thank you so so much for keeping LSPDFR playable. I have to ask you ALBO is there any way you could make some sort of mod to ADD more cars and pedestrians. I know there are mods out for them but with the latest patch they broke. They add so much more to the game in my opinion. PLEASE PLEASE work on some sort of mod for that if you could on your spare time which i doubt is not much.lol  i would pay you for sure. A reply would be awesome just to know.

@Albo1125 what keybindings do i set? i cant get the mod to work. the keys are set to caps lock. i also heard you have to be in unarmed attack mode for it to work no matter what i do nothing happens please help:)

Love the mod tremendously but I am a first person player and I am not able to get this to work in first person only third.  Works flawlessly in third but in first it pulls up my hands and has led to some great shootouts and fights but doesn't arrest.  I will check my profile to make sure it's not something I have set wrong and will edit or remove this if it was my own boneheaded fault.  Regardless thak you for all you do for this community and Merry Christmas to you also!

I know. I've had this in for personal use for about 2 months and kept on not releasing it because I thought 0.3 was close. Now I just decided to release it as is for everyone who really wanted this feature all the time. 

@Albo1125 Again. I'm not trying to be a bother and i know its a bit off topic of this mod but again i ask, is there anyway you could work on a MOD that ADDS more CARS and PEDESTRIANS??  Your mod skills are amazing! I would only trust u to come out with a workable mod like that. Im more than willing to pay u personally. lol    to me more cars and pedestrians completes the game along with your amazing mods.  Anyways Happy Holidays to u good sir.

Holy heck Albo,  how do you do this man!?!?   I have not tried it yet,  I will definitely get this now.  This is one of the main functions I have been waiting for for 0.3.  I think you probably heard me say it at least a dozen times in my videos.  Thanks!

Now I have to experiment with your mod.  I really hope that you can arrest someone for a minor offense without gun in a gang territory without repercussions from gang members.  Gonna test it out now. 

EDIT:  Wow it works!   Just in the Balla Gang neighborhood and arrested and called for pickup and not one single gun drawn on me.  Sweet!

You can, it still scares people, but it doesn't garner the reaction of pulling out a gun and aiming it at one of the homies. Go like my latest video you bastard.

TIP:  Make sure you have the person targeted, if am not mistake you treat the CAPLOCK as if its your gun point, but you still need to use the E key.  Correct me if I am wrong here.
 

Personally I like to use the Baton  or you can just go unarmed if you feel safe enough.  Sometimes I will have my Tazer in my hand but not pull it out, just press CAPLOCK Then E.  I think it looks pretty realistic.

Don't think it matters as long as you don't have a weapon that aims in your hand. You are basically aiming with an 'invisible' sight. I like to go hands free and hold right mouse like you're gonna strike someone, and CAPSLOCK-E them, sometimes it doesn't pick up your aim otherwise. Takes a little getting used to.

Yep your right.  Tried with Tazer and it kinda works a bit odd, some subjects flee.  Better to go unarmed I think.   Still this mod is pretty great.  I am really curious what the 0.3 will bring.  They make it sound like a bar will fill up as your arresting if button is held down.  I wonder if you're going into a fighting type stance like you described like you're gonna strike someone.  Wish we could see some teasers, but for now I am happy with Albo's mod.

and idk where this file that was dowloaded is suposed to be put, my computer (windows 10) downloaded it as a .rar file. 

does this go right in to my gtav directory? or the plugins folder?

Get WinRAR or 7Zip, unrar to your GTA5\Plugins folder.
