Note: I noticed that you mentioned something about custom backups, but I'm not sure what or where they are.

Delete/update speed radar to solve the problem. Traffic Policer has a speed checker built in anyway.

Does anyone know what mod also uses the "Page Up" key? When I go to increase the speed limit on the speed radar, "Page Up" spawns a red car behind me, the people in the car start shooting me and also chase me. I looked though the .ini files but can't seem to find it.

Remove Speed Radar plugin. It's conflicting with Traffic Policer. Traffic Policer has a Speed Radar Built in. Try this and see if it fixes it.

So, I am having a problem. Everything was working fine, then traffic policer just stopped working. The log shows it as loaded, just none of the functions seems to be running. I have tried taking out some new plugins I installed with no results, any help would be greatly appreciated.

just updates to current plugins I had and I already removed them to verify which one if any with no luck.

hmmm strange as I've never seen Traffic Policer just stop working for no reason.. Have you tried reinstalling Traffic Policer? or just running only Albo's Plugins? By that I mean removing everything from the Plugins Folder except for LSPD First Response.dll and LSPD First Response.pdb and by removing everything from the Plugins\LSPDFR Folder and only having Albo's Plugins installed? Also, what functions from Traffic Policer are not working? Can you post your Traffic Policer.ini file.. 

EDIT: Also have you tried to run Albo's troubleshooter tool?

Ok I found the culprit, I forgot I was playing around the prison the other day and put in a prison entrance mod in. I must have over looked it when checking the folder. Long story short (to late) it is not compatible.

Copy or drag the Traffic Policer.dll and Traffic Policer.ini to your GTA V/Plugins/LSPDFR Folder

Place RageNativeUI.dll and Albo1125.Common.dll into your main GTA V Root folder (Main GTAV Directory)

Go to your GTA V Root folder (Main GTAV Directory) and open up the LSPDFR Folder, then open up the Police Scanner folder and Place the Traffic Policer Audio Folder into that folder..

Read the readme, watch the installation video or another tutorial, use my troubleshooter....If you can't get it to work with that, you'll need to do some further research before you can start modding. Check out some tutorials/guides.

Just use TrafficStopMimick when you are behind the suspect. Check the Traffic Policer.ini file for default keybinds or to change them to your liking. By default is below

//Default: TrafficStopMimickModifierKey=LControlKey
TrafficStopMimickModifierKey=LControlKey

//Default: TrafficStopMimickKey=Q
TrafficStopMimickKey=Q

You can even set the distance modifier of the vehicle you're mimicking. The higher the value, the further away you'll mimick the vehicle, personally the default setting for that is plenty enough distance.

I've been having trouble with my TrafficPolicer (And recently my ArrestManager also). It seems that (before ArrestManager started breaking) this would be the start up events...

1. ForceDuty
2. Callouts/Other LSPDFR Plugins load (some need updating)
3. Arrest Manager would load
4. Nothing more would load from now.

Now, the 'Arrest Manager' would load section has been cut out. While browsing through the comments section I noticed some people advised that Albo1125.Common.dll should be removed from GTA V > Plugins > LSPDFR. I did so and this prevented ArrestManager from loading. The log and screenshots that I will provide below are from a launch without Albo1125.Common.dll. I can also produce a log with it if necessary.

Hello, you need to update Arrest Manager. Also, you need to update the Albo1125.Common.dll in your main GTA V directory. Thanks for the detailed report.

However, that didn't do the trick. I have included the log after running RPH with your suggested changes. The same symptoms apply.

Also, update your Assorted Callouts 

I suggest enabling update checking to keep this kind of problems to a minimum.
