yes i have downloaded all files regarding the script, may i ask what folder must the script be placed into

got mine to work finally just did this right clicked on towtruck.dll  and went to properties then where it says open with click on change and I opened it with rage plug in hook and went back to game and worked that's my fix may not work for others its up to you if you want to try it

So did you put the .dll file into a scripts folder? 

You have to place the TowTruck.dll into the "scripts" (without quotes) folder located in your game directory, if you don't have one, simply create it.

Weird fix but I'm glad it's working.. :)

Working fine now, it was probably just a server bug.

Need one Beta tester as I have some weird issue in-game and can't test the new version of the mod properly.
Let me know if anyone is interested.

Aye, all is good now.  BTW,  this new version rocks.  The drive to you.  Unfortunately they do sometimes a bit more damage to other vehicles, but this is probably something  you can't prevent as the police cars do the same thing.

Pretty nice mod I must say.  Hey we have like 85 comments and very few review.  How about show some love and give this guy some stars.

I keep having issues getting this mod to work, which is a real shame considering it looks great. I'm trying to run it with LSPDFR among a few other small mods. I've followed all of the suggestions you've posted to help people with the same or a similar problem, but no matter what I get this same issue. Basically I'm almost certain I've installed it correctly but I keep getting that error. Nothing happens when I go in-game and try to tow a vehicle. Also this will still work if I launch GTA through the RageHookPlugin correct? I can't seem to activate LSPDFR unless I launch through RageHook.

Nevermind, I fixed it. I just forgot to add the Configuration settings file to the scripts folder. So excited to have it working now.

Sooooo for one Im getting a couple different instructions for how it install and work properly.  On this page it says to put in main directory in read me file it says to put in scripts which crashes the game before it even starts.  When its in the directory nothing works like its not even there.  When I put it in my plugins folder where i load a bunch of other similar mods that work fine from loading them with rage hook plugin but when i load this mod it says cannot load plug and I forgot exactly but something along the lines of paramaters not loaded.  

Any ideas how i can get this to work?

Read the troubleshooting guide on this page, it says clearly what to do. If you don't have "scripts" folder (without quotes) then simply create one!

Well not work I have done it all to the letter and no joy!

now with lspdfr 4 transport an other functions are built into M and B backup menu. and causes problems using smartradio & arrest manager to transport arrested peds so U HAVE TO use the new built in menus and NOT ALBO's  arrest manager with smartradio like we all loved and were used to. they have no tow truck function in the new M and B menus!! duh.

and no coroner either!. 

so now for a tow truck u have to use this!, and theres no coroner (i know of). thanks lspdfr guys. 

so I had to remove arrest manager altogether because it bugs out peds with the new B and M menus for transport and that eliminates! tow truck and coroner functions on smartradio.

and u must use this now for tow truck., and have no coroner.

might as well eliminate smartradio along with arrest manager. sure wish when they made the new M and B built into game menus they would have had the thought to include AT LEAST tow trucks., as ALBO did Long Ago. thats all this is- is that tow truck script redone.

Id Rather have the option to block their B and M menus and use smartradio and arrest manager like always- its much more complete and immersive to have the radio pop up on screen and does so much more. and better.

*DIT- btw, I can in noway get this to work. scripts folder? what scripts folder? I made one put all the scripthooks in there. theres already a dinput in my game folder.

u sure u dont just throw all that in game folder? never needed scripthook for this kind of thing, it was built into ALBO's Arrest manager thru PoliceSmartradio. only thing Im aware of needing scripthook for is trainer/s.
