Introduction

Do you also miss that feature from LSPDFR 0.3 where you had a keybinding to start a random callout? This plugin brings it back! 

Now you don't need to go to the interaction menu to start a callout anymore.

You can also change your availability by pressing Z by default.

 

Features

- Start a random callout by pressing a key

- Force end a callout by pressing a key

- Set your callout availability to available and unavailable by pressing a key

- An on-screen text box that tells you if you are available for calls or not (You can disable this. if you disable this you will get a notification instead)

- Player Location Display compatibility so they don't overlap (You can set this to true in the ini file)

- Police SmartRadio integration to change your availability via the radio, and also starting a callout via the radio

 

Using the plugin

You can start a random callout while on duty by pressing X by default. Set your availability by pressing Z by default. There are also some settings you can change in the included .ini file.
If you installed the plugin and go on duty, a little box will show on your screen from Police SmartRadio. Here you can add the 2 buttons this plugin adds to the radio.

 

Installation

Drag and drop everything inside the “Grand Theft Auto V” folder to your main GTA V directory.

 

Default GTA V directory locations:


Steam:
 C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\

Retail:
C:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\

It doesn't affect any performance, the plugin is really lightweight.

Like i said crashes when pressing X plugin does not work for me. maybe it makes issues with Better ems.?

You are missing a dependency for Better EMS. You are missing Parkstools, it's a dependency for Better EMS and needs to be installed in your main gta 5 directory.

never used parktools lol dont think thats even updated

Parkstools is not a plugin, it's an API dependency. It comes with better EMS and needs to be installed in your main gta 5 directory, either you don't have it or its installed wrong.

    60+ mods all with all necessary keys binded to a controller. I'm dangerously close to conflicts lol. Having the ability to use this via PSR is a godsend!

    Finally managed to play around with this today but I can't seem to get it to work via the radio while on foot. It does however work fine in a vehicle. I'm experiencing crashes when scrolling through the radio with this mod installed. Have removed it and all working fine again. Not sure why.

    Post your RagePluginHook.log, this is a text file in your main GTA directory.  And for the buttons now showing up, smart radio only shows buttons when you need them. I don't know if I can make the chance higher via the API. I will look into that

    I haven't tested it much, but it definitely is an interesiting modification. I do like the convenience of being able to put me as not removing callouts, especially when I'm on currently on another call.

    Hi, I'm having an odd issue, every time it tab in and out the status gets changed and I get a callout?! How is that possible, I don't have any keybinds setm they are all ''None''. I have AutoChangeAvailability set to true. 

     

    I haven't updated FirstCallouts yet, maybe thats why? Somehow connected? I didn't have this before, but I'm not sure when it started, I haven't really installed any scripts last week. 

     

    Nvm, not encountering it anymore after updating firstcallouts.

    It's a bug in Force A Callout, I'll fix it as soon as possible. The only fix now is to install Police Smart Radio. Or you can remove it temporary and wait for the update.

    well police smart radio dont work atm because of the new updates.
