Regardless, I'm about to test out this mod and I will see how it goes.

My only suggestions for this mod is to add an option in the INI file to have this enabled on startup so you don't have to remember to hit a keybind after loading it through RPH, and maybe add the option to pick what the plate will say when it changes from 46EEK572. Like having a list of possible plates for it to randomize to, idk maybe that would be too hard lol

Those rumors are frankly bullshit, spread by people who run a million mods at once, and then choose one at random to blame when their game lags. Now to be honest I haven't updated my license plate randomizer in a long time and I don't use it much myself because I mostly only go in game to test/develop my mods, not to play. But it's always worked fine for me and not caused any performance impacts. 

And for what it's worth, my mod doesn't have kind of bug where it "might crash if there are not enough cars around you". 

Just to be clear, I haven't downloaded this new license plate mod and it may work just fine. If it does have better performance than mine that's awesome and you should use it. But I'm really tired of hearing this "License Plate Randomizer causes crashes/lag" crap years later because one person jumped to conclusions in a video once.

I completely agree, the License Plate Randomizer has always worked great for me, no issues at all. And I didn't mean any ill will towards you or the mod, but I think it is nice that Cheep took the time to make a new mod with some extra options and customization.

In my game, the cars that have 46EEK572 license number usually are the cars spawned by callouts plugin or our own (player) car.

I rarely see any ambient cars that have that default number.

But, I definitely recommend this plugin for you who have that kind of issue.

so ive tried and changed the nncccnnn to be ccnnnnnn so i would have 2 letters in the front and the rest be numbers.  but it doesnt seem to work.  is there a way for me to do this.  i want to make the license plate look like danish license plate and in denmark an examle would be ''BS 45435'' as the license plate
