Man you really need to learn modelling. This is such a large file size at 133mb for a small map.

 

Not at all optimised for GTA.

This building needs to be better optimized, it be nice to have as a small sub-station, you know it's bad when you got a test server with nothing in it and the building disappears and fades away when not far from it.
