This can be found next to UTool, it provides houses, lights, speed sign. it makes it fun for players to explore during the day and night.

 

1. open the zipped file

2. drag and drop the Star_town folder into your resources

3. ensure Star_town in your server.cfg

4. restart your server and enjoy
