ELS for GTA V Styled UI for SirenMastery

Disclaimer: I have no affiliation with ELS for GTA V, nor SirenMastery.
I made this modification from scratch using screencaptures of ELS for
inspiration. I used no part of ELS or any other mods that I do not own.
I made it for my own personal use, and decided to release it to the public.
As of this release, it has been 4 days since I asked Lt. Caine if he'd mind
if I release this. I have not heard back. I have to decided to go ahead with
the release. If any member of the ELS team has a problem with the modification,
I would be happy to discuss their concerns.

Yes, I know that thanks to ELS, SirenMastery isn't as relevant as it once was.

However, I still use it with some non-els vehicles. So I decided to make this ui.

Features:
2x - Custom ELS for GTA V Based UI for SirenMastery
     - 1 with WW (WigWag) button illuminated.
     - 1 without the WW (WigWag) button illuminated.
     (This makes not real difference, just for looks)
- Modified UIPositioning files. You can adjust the UI scale also.
- Siren tone buttons for all 10 sirens. (You can rename
and mix these up as needed if your sirens are in a
different order.)

*If you want a specific siren tone button, contact me
and I can create it for you.
