Installation:
1. Go to the following path in OpenIV and drop the carcols.ymt there: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\x64\data
2. Go to the following path in OpenIV and drop the vehshare.ytd there: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patch2023_02\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
3. Install the mod linked above and set the following values:
RegularVehiclesLicensePlateFormat=??? ###
SpecialVehiclesLicensePlateFormat=??? ###
4. Done
