Installation:
1. Go to the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Go into the "File" folder in the .zip and take the folder called "varningstalt" and put it in the path mentioned above
3. Go to the following path in OpenIV: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data
4. Right click on dlclist.xml and select "Edit"
5. Scroll down an paste the following near the bottom right above </Paths>: <Item>dlcpacks:/varningstalt/</Item>

Installation to install as firetruk (replace):
1. Open up the models .zip file and go to this path: 2018 NBFRS Scania Fire Appliance > Vehicle Files > ELS > Files > Stream
2. Rename the files to this:

Installation Method 1 (whole car pack):
1. Go to the following path in OpenIV: \mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\packforestales\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf
2. Drop the LandCruiserfores.ytd in there
3. Done!
 
Installation Method 2 (Only Land Cruiser, as replace):
1. Go to the following path: packforestales\dlc.rpf\x64\vehicles.rpf
2. Drag the following files to your desktop: LandCruiserfores.yft LandCruiserfores_hi.yft LandCruiserfores.ytd
3. Rename the files to a police car name ex. police, police2, police3, police4, sheriff, sheriff2, pranger
4. Drop the files into the latest patchdays vehicle.rpf. Latest patchday path as of release: mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\patchday28ng\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf\
5. Rename the ELS file and put it into your ELS folder.
6. Done!
