how do you get the lights to flash fast like that. I have that same pack and they dont flash nearly as fast?

Hmm, I haven't modified much of anything towards the intensity of the speed. One thing that I do have installed is Better Emergency Lighting. That makes the in game lights go a lot faster. Though I couldn't notice it in the pack as I have had it for a while. I would try that and let me know.

for the cabs, there's already a fix out there. Basically, all you need to do is take the png file for the cab's sign and make it WAAAAAAAAY darker in photoshop where the ad is barely visible, and then the light barely goes through.

@PristineAccuracy I`m loving this mod, thanks alot, i have a question! is it possible to tone down the interior lights... eg computer and dash lights, they are like mini spotlights. Cheers.

what grapics mod do u use?

after I installed this when I ran my game and tried it out instead of making my lights brighter it made them all white. Can someone help

Are you using any other graphics mods with these setting? Possibly something conflicting with it. Personally have no issues with it.

I'm not sure if anyone has encountered this yet. When I go to the police station to go on-duty my game loads then it freezes and then LSPDFR crashes, this only happens when I have the visual settings installed, but when I put the original visual setting I had back in, it worked perfectly with no crashes. It only crashes when I try to go on-duty at the police station.

I do enjoy going on-duty in the police station, no idea why. I just enjoy it. 🙂

I wonder why you don't show a cab and let us see if the ad board on top is still blinding everyone... So that leaves me to asking that as a question. 😛

Does that ad board on taxi's still blind people with this one?

whenever i install visual mods it makes everything so bright even street lights and car headlights and especially the tailights get annoying their so bright like the coronas how do u fix it like in the thumbnail pic the tailight is normal but mine is like so bright like the lightbar itself, also what visual  mods u use the ones in the picture

Yes, it does, that's really something you will get with most if not all light enhancing modifications. To fix it simply search up taxi cab fix and install it.

I am only using Make Visuals Great Again, the ENB that comes with it and my BetterVisuals mod. I am not entirely sure as to why everything else is super bright for you. Do you have any other visual mods installed? 

llike for example it makes the streetlights bloom and the headlights of a car i even have my post fx on high i tried ultra still the same also does the enb produce lag for make visuals great again?

Hey can anyone help me, my open iv mods will not override my in game files. I have copied update and x64 from my gta5 dicteroy and it will not work, i have done it over and over again. Can anyone help me out i would be thankful.

can someone please help with this. I have tried 4 different visual files and none of them are making my lights bright. They are so dim they can hardley be seen. My post fx and shader are at very high. I am installing them correctly. Just get nothing?
