Yes this works for ultimate backup. Ive included files to replace all of the city agencies (LSPD, LSIAPD, RHPD, etc).

    I purchased this vest however it is FiveM only, do you know how to convert it over to single player or do you have a link?

    It used to be for both however the creator made the decision to have it on FiveM only, not much anyone can do about that
