[EUP & EUPPED]Los Santos Police Department Pack [Atlanta Based] 1.1.0

(0 reviews)

23 Screenshots

Staying within the home of Southern hospitality and the best peaches in the whole continental United States comes the Los Santos Police Department Pack based on the Atlanta Police Department, which operates within Georiga—a complimentary pack to my San Andreas State Patrol Pack based on the Georgia State Patrol.

**While this pack is meant to resemble the Atlanta Police Department, some elements have been changed for creativity and "Lore-Friendly-Ness." These include but are not limited to patches, badges, etc.**

You'll need everything below for this texture pack to be meaningful.

(EUP PEDS)

(EUP 9.4)

(The textures in this pack were made for EUP 9.4, but feel free to try them in newer or earlier versions.)

**VEHICLES USED IN SCREENSHOTS**

Could contain: clothing, outdoor, man, person, human face, law enforcement, police

Great uniforms. Do you think you could add gold badges for sergeants and higher? Based on this table from Alanta PD's wikipedia page, sergeants and higher have gold badges. I suppose you could also add the rank on the badges along with regular silver badges if you want.

Could contain: text, screenshot, font, number

I haven't even considered that. I'll look into adding that.

I've been considering doing that, but for now, I'm just focusing on making retextures that go like (State Trooper, then a city police department within that respected state.) Considering I'm trying to cover all 50 States, and I don't want to get burned out before completing that goal.

Just saw the new update and I forgot to mention this, but the distinction of gold and silver also applies to the peaked hats. So sergeants and above get gold bands, while every other rank gets silver bands. If you want to make it even more authentic, you could also add what's called 'scrambled eggs' to the hats for certain ranks, which I think is for majors and above, but don't quote me on that.

With that in mind, it's a good idea to do as much research as possible. Look at YouTube videos, go to the department's website, to try to make the uniform as authentic and true to life as possible.

At this point I really need to get to learning how to make uniforms on my lonesome. It's always been an interest of mine, but I don't really know how to start, and what resources there are available. Please send me a message if you're willing to give me some info on that.

To be honest, I kinda just started doing it, starting with my home state of North Carolina, creating CMPD EUP retexture. Considering I see them almost every day, it was easy to make a retexture based on them. I also watched a few youtube videos on creating EUP uniform textures, and the process behind it is simple. Of course, I can't speak for everyone based on the editing software you use, as things like Photoshop or Illustrator (both Adobe products) take some time to get used to. Softwares like Krita or Paint.net are easier though a slight downgrade from Adobe products. The main reason I started to make EUP retextures is while there are a lot of awesome EUP retextures on this website, there weren't a lot State Based EUP, let alone entire packs of EUP that have Male and Female variants and PED retextures along with them, especially for 9.4 EUP.

These look really good but the pants are a different color than the shirt. Is it supposed to be like that? image.thumb.png.9819deaf083442918dc24b0f
