Due to high demand, this is the new and improved version of my USMS pack. This requires almost no paid models this time, only paid item in here is Laggo's Fast Helmet. Only used it because it's the only good helmet I have in my collection. Besides that everything else is default in GTA or is from Hanako's Vest pack. They might, but SOG originated from USMS.

CIA were formed way before usms was.

The USMS was formed about 200 years before the CIA. Also the CIA MACVSOG and USMS SOG are nothing alike.

Actually just found out that it was SAD that SOG was a part of. SAD standing for Special Activities Division.
