Here is my vest texture for Hanakos ATF Vests, these are BCSO vests that are based of default EUP and matches with the normal unedited EUP. This is based off Ventura County, Which is not too far from me. 

This ONLY includes the texture! BCSO Patrol and Gang Unit Style! 

Have fun and I hope enjoy it. This can be used in FiveM and LSPDFR.

Hanakos ATF Vest, it is vest number 3 on number 13 on the EUP Vest & Earpieces.

Okay for those who have problems not seeing this vest in the game. I moved the ATF task_008_U & task_diff_008.ytd files and drop it i into mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood folder  and then you can replace that texture. 
 

For some reason the mp_m_clothes_01 doesn't work for me. 

 

Relaunch the game. And the vest is in the game. It works for me. I hope this helps for those who are having troubles with it! @crowz
