    Okay for those who have problems not seeing this vest in the game. I moved the ATF task_008_U & task_diff_008.ytd files and drop it i into mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_vinewood folder and then you can replace that texture. For some reason the mp_m_clothes_01 doesn't work for me. Relaunch the game. And the vest is in the game. It works for me. I hope this helps for those who are having troubles with it! @crowz
