The Belts that i use for my personal player is by ThinLineSanctuary https://thinlinesanctuary.com/products/duty-belt-package . These are paid belts but offer a good few belts for Female Peds aswell which is hard to come by for free.

 

Some of the belts i use for the Ai EUP Peds are made by @Jake. which are available here on LSPDFR.

Obviously Olathe and Johnson County doesn't have a Sea, but improvising with the game engine and locations to benefit the Jurisdiction for LSPDFR Ai / Ultimate Backup Ai and to offer variety.

I know this a rather old pack but have you ever thought about upgrading it to 9.4 or adding anything newer in terms of uniforms, im just curious cause i always use this pack as my main city SO when i'm using it other EUP city packs
