This is just my opinion, but it would be better to have to uniforms replace the SAHP EUP instead of the LSPD uniforms but that is just me

so in the readme it says the lowr_diff file goes in eupcomponents.rpf and then under the file mp_m_business 2...but i dont' see that file? any update on that?

the file it needs to go I circled in the screenshot. look very closely if the image is shrunk.

@RyWilson the hat is darker than the shirt because that is the way they look IRL. I live in minnesota and have seen them before but I need a picture to help me out. I made this at my school as a project because nobody made a uniform.  I don't have the resources or money to put as much time as I would have liked to into these uniforms. I put a ton of effort into this but I didn't have much time to fix or work on it again.  But if I am able to in the future I will work on editing the uniform to look better when I get a chance to.

oh no need to update this buddy. i really liked it alot and i hope more people use it. one of my fave uniforms i've ever seen :)

in eup x64 click on the one with the longer name and it should be a short list, click on Mp M freemode 01 P

It's the san Andrea's state patrol pack, it was taken down from lspdfr for some reason because I can't locate it anymore.
