This vest was not made by me, you can find the link for the vest below. 

This file only contains 5 textures for the vest below so you will have to place it onto the vest yourself.
If you do not know how to do this, there is a short read me in the file saying how to do so. Also a link to my discord is in the read me

 

There are 5 Textures for the one vest in this download (all of them are shown in the screen shots)

They include...

LAPD S.W.A.T,

LAPD S.W.A.T Trainee,

LAPD S.W.A.T Trainer,

LAPD S.W.A.T K-9 and

LAPD S.W.A.T Command Staff.

 

There are 2 other listing for a Sheriff vest and CHP vest!

(These are not meant to be 100 percent realistic)

 

This was a quick mess around so don't complain that its not perfect, apart from that I hope you enjoy

Are you saying this due to the open iv file? 
 

if so, I just added the open iv file as I was using it in open iv at the time. So thought I might as well, but if you are not using it. The texture is in there which you can use!

No dude. Your file,is in the wrong category. Because this is GTA 4 Mods category. You should move it to GTA 5 Mods,so people can see your file there
