I really want to love this, but a few things are the color and texture of the shirt throw me off, as well as the pants and boot choice. the patches seem fuzzy in game. almost like they are moving pixels while playing.  after these few changes or any changes then ill leave a review. Solid work, being from MA myself its good to see the MSP on here

I'll try and fix the patch, but I'm not exactly sure whats wrong with the pants?

in open IV, navigate to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/eup/dlc.rpf/x64 and just drag the two folders in, make sure to make a backup but that *should* work
