They are .png files. They go in the texture file of the car you want to apply them to. Search how to install skins/textures if you've never installed skins beforeYou need spark IV or open IV

If your talking about the new impalas, no, when I made this there weren't any good impalas released. So I didn't bother. If your talking about the older 05 model impalas, I think those are ugly cars so i don't use them. Same thing with the old caprice. And if your talking about the new caprice well a template isn't available yet. When the car is released then I'll see
