The state trooper part on the back of the car should be removed, ND only has Highway Patrol and there is no such thing as state troopers.

The statement above is not true. If you look at any vehicle with our agency with the new decals on them they ALL say State Trooper. On the old decals we had it said Highway Patrol on the back and on the side by the hood, front fender it said State Patrol. Now with the new decals it says State Trooper on the side by the hood, front fender. On the back on the new decals it says the same.
