The truck used can be found at this link http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=584 at it will only work with this model

I hope you guys enjoy it and please leave helpful comments. I may update this as I get better at making textures.

Actually it wasn't I didn't even know about ELS V8 until after I put this texture up.
