About This File

I recently saw the hunger games and i noticed the abusive peacekeepers were missing something, cars. This is a skin i made for the cvpi, it is made 100% by me and the Captitol emblem was also modified by me. I hope you enjoy!

I can imagine that the PKs weren't driving CVPIs. I can imagine they were just driving Bearcats, all of them.
