2015 Chevy Tahoe - Modern LCPD low-profile skin 1.0.0

(0 reviews)

1 Screenshot

A lot of cities/towns are switching to darker ghost-type liveries and swapping over to the newer Tahoes.

With this skin, all the decals are only visible during the day or when there's light shining on them at night. They're not reflective, just very dark to maintain that low-profile visibility.

I don't own the model for the Tahoe, all vehicle credit goes to OfficerUnderwood, I'm only here to make skins and game textures.

The Tahoe used is the 2015 Chevy Tahoe from OfficerUnderwood's "LCPD Valor Pack 2.5"

All credits can be found in the "Credits" tab of this file and the "ReadMe.txt" included in the .zip file.

Installation:

With OpenIV, navigate to: PC > models > cdimages > vehicles.img

In the LCPD Valor Pack 2.5, "15 tahoe" portion, rename the Tahoe to the name of the vehicle you'd like to replace. Drag and drop the .wtd and .wft files into the vehicles.img file with "Edit Mode" turned on.

Go to the vehicle that you just replaced in OpenIV(with Edit Mode still on), find the .wtd file for that vehicle at the bottom of the list, open that .wtd file, then drag and drop the "tahoe_sign" files into the wtd.

Click "Save" at the bottom right of the textures window > turn off Edit Mode > close OpenIV > start GTA IV(make sure you put the ELS file for the Tahoe into the ELS folder in the main directory). Enjoy!

Short Description
