This is a 2013 Dodge Charger that i made. The skin was made by my friend Cam over at Red Leaf Gaming. It was inspired by the Charlotte-Mecklemburg Police Department. All credit is given in the download and below:

Thanks! You dont like the all blues? I did it that way becasue CMPD in real life uses all blues.

Ya i understand a lot of people like los santos. This is still gta iv tho. so i was kinda trying to stay away from gta iv. I hate how lcpdfr on gta iv is dying but i know a lot of people who are still trying to keep it alive and thats. i dont have anything against los santos or gta v but im just trying to keep gta iv alive

    you have to install this in open iv or spark iv.. just google it and you can find youtube videos showing you exactly how to do it

    I don't really think this model is ready for release yet. It still needs a better inside and more then just want you put in the description "it just has a lightbar.'.
