Go into your Trainer options- Car Options- Car Color Menu- Find Blue and Set it as one of the defaults.

I hope you will add spotlights to some of your future cars the ones that are marked atleast and slicktop ones

LOL I meant the ELS lights, I know the colour is changeable.. They are transparent skins... lol

Unfortunately I don't/can't find the unlocked file on my PC. Also this model has parts that I can not redistribute at this time.
