Regardless of the permissions, I'm thoroughly disappointed by the fact that this was labeled as an "Unlocked" Mod and it is in fact locked, as is to be expected of an EVI model (no offense to EVI).

Yeah I just spent all that time to find out that is was not unlocked like it says it is, :/ bummer man.
